Started in 1980, the Laney School of Real Estate is considered one of North Carolina’s premier Real Estate schools. We have provided a countless number of agents with the fundamental knowledge to be successful real estate agents in today’s competitive marketplace.

All of our approved instructors are highly knowledgeable in real estate fundamentals and have years of experience in real estate brokerage. Some of the positions currently held by our instructors within the company include: vice president/general sales manager, broker-in-charge, property manager, and active brokers in various niche markets.

Laney School of Real Estate currently operates one of the largest private real estate schools in southeastern North Carolina offering broker prelicensing courses, postlicensing courses, continuing education courses and cram courses for the North Carolina licensing test. We offer daytime and evening classes and plan to add weekend classes in the near future.
