Broker Prelicensing (76 Hours)

February 15 - March 28 Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (6pm-10pm) 

Cost $395 (Including Text Book)

This real estate pre-licensing course intended to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a provisional real estate broker and to prepare the student for the real estate broker's State Licensing Examination. This course contains 76 hours of classroom instruction and is the first step for anyone considering a career in real estate. Please see the calendar for currently offered classes.

Each newly licensed broker will be classified as a provisional broker. The provisional broker must complete an additional 90 hour postlicensing education program in order to retain his or her broker license. The courses will be divided into three 30-hour courses covering various real estate brokerage topics. Please see the calendar for currently scheduled classes.

Cost $35

Each licensee is required to take a total of 8 hours of continuing education during each license year. There is an annual 4 hour "Mandatory Update" course written by the real estate commission. The other 4 hours are the licensee's choice of commission approved elective courses.
