Broker Prelicensing Course
This real estate pre-licensing course intended to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a provisional real estate broker and to prepare the student for the real estate broker's State Licensing Examination. This course contains 75 hours of classroom instruction and is the first step for anyone considering a career in real estate. Please see the

Broker Postlicensing Courses
Each newly licensed broker will be classified as a provisional broker. The provisional broker must complete an additional 90 hour postlicensing education program in order to retain his or her broker license. The courses will be divided into three 30-hour courses covering various real estate brokerage topics.

Continuing Education Course
Each licensee is required to take a total of 8 classroom hours of continuing education during each license year. There is a 4 hour course mandated by the real estate commission every year, and 4 additional hours can be taken from a choice of elective courses. Elective courses may be taken
online or as a “live” course.

State Exam Prep Course
A dynamic one day course for students who are preparing to take the state exam. The class is a comprehensive review of real estate fundamentals with and emphasis on math.
