Real Estate Broker Prelicensing
Course  This real estate pre-licensing course is intended to provide the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a provisional real estate broker and to prepare the student for the real estate broker's state licensing examination. This course contains 76 hours of classroom instruction and is the first step for anyone considering a career in real estate.

Post-Licensing Course
Each newly licensed broker will be classified as a provisional broker. The provisional broker must complete an additional 90 hour post licensing education program in order to retain his or her broker license. The courses will be divided into three 30-hour courses covering various real estate brokerage topics.

Continuing Education Courses
Each licensee is required to take a total of 8 hours of continuing education during each license year. There is an annual 4 hour "Mandatory Update" course written by the real estate commission.  The other 4  hours are the licensee's choice of commission approved elective courses.  Some of the elective courses may be taken online.

State Exam Prep-Courses
A dynamic one day course for students who are preparing to take the state exam. The class is a comprehensive review of real estate fundamentals with an emphasis on math.
